LHS Choir parents! Please consider getting involved even to a minimal degree. Many hands make the work load lighter!

All choir parents are choir boosters. As boosters your assistance is needed to support the choirs and the director for successful concerts, events, fundraising activities. Fundraising efforts support choir trips (student travel accounts), equipment needs, scholarships, and awards. One person cannot manage the endless tasks for the activities of five choirs without your assistance! Your assistance provides our students richer opportunities and and your support of the director allows Mrs. Nevins to focus more of her attention on her tasks as Artistic Director and teacher.

Any booster meeting requires the Choral Director's presence. Meetings are utilized to organize and manage special choral projects and support the Lincoln choral program for the good of all students. Personal student concerns should be managed individually by scheduling a private appointment with the director.

Proceeds from all fundraisers go either to the students' travel funds, toward choral needs above and beyond school responsibilities, and toward student achievement scholarships, year-end senior scholarships and undergraduate choral awards. Concert proceeds may be tax deductible and supplement the huge yearly expenditure for awards, medals, and scholarships.
